◆ SPA商品結帳時物流選項請選擇「現場自取」。

◆請於三天前填寫表單預約，我們將於24小時內致電向您確認預約細節，方視為完成預約流程。

◆如需取消或更改預約時間，請於預定時間一天前來電告知。

◆請於療程時間前30分鐘抵達並完成諮詢，倘超過預約時間15分鐘未抵達，AWAY®紓壓艙有權取消您的預約。

◆所有來訪之賓客皆須測量額溫、酒精消毒雙手、填寫健康聲明書並落實實聯制。

◆療程中須全程配戴口罩。

◆因應衛生福利部所發佈之指示，AWAY®紓壓艙暫不供應茶水及迎賓小點，僅提供瓶裝水。

◆ If you'd like to buy the products in other sections, please separate them from SPA orders.

◆Reservation is required, please submit the reservation form 3 days prior to the requested treatment date. AWAY SPA will call within 24 hours to confirm the appointment details upon receiving the form.

◆Change in appointment, including the cancellation, needs to be notified 1 day prior via phone.

◆Guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the treatments to complete the consultation, and AWAY SPA reserves the right to cancel the appointments if the guests are 15 minutes late.

◆All guests will need to scan for registration, fill in health declaration form, use hand sanitizer and conduct temperature check before entering AWAY SPA.

◆Face mask must be worn at all time.

◆In line with Local Authority's guidelines, AWAY SPA will not provide any welcome drinks/snacks for the time being; however, bottled water will be provided.
